I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and I must say, I had a fantastic experience! The location is absolutely perfect, with a stunning view overlooking a beautiful park and it's just a short walk away from the nearby subway station. The staff here are incredibly helpful and friendly, providing top-notch service throughout my stay. The room itself was impeccable, with all the necessary amenities such as heating, air conditioning, and a comfortable sitting area. The hotel also has a wonderful restaurant that served some of the best food I had during my time here. I was thoroughly impressed with the level of comfort and quality services provided at this venue.
I would highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a truly luxurious and comfortable stay.

We enjoyed the proximity to the city center and the winter festival sites, as well as the friendly staff who were always willing to help. We also appreciated the clean and comfortable rooms that were spacious enough for our needs.
Communication was a struggle as all information and notices were in a language that we could not understand. We had to rely heavily on tourist information offices to understand the information.

Convenient Park Location, Good Breakfast, Nice Staff Located across a beautiful park, this hotel offered a great view and easy access for a morning walk before the conference. the breakfast selection was good with both Western and Japanese food. the staff was friendly and welcoming, making me feel at home.
Noisy Construction, Dull Rooms, Old Facilities Unfortunately, the noise from the construction next door was unbearable and made it difficult to concentrate during business hours. the rooms were dull and seemed outdated, lacking both comfortable seating and proper lighting.

The construction noise outside can be quite distracting at times, but the staff does everything to provide earplugs.
